Without a doubt, choosing Adam Watts Building was the best decision we made in our home-building journey. Adam’s Dream Team—Dean, Matt, and Cameron—showcased impeccable craftsmanship, making sure every detail of our dream home was perfect. Not only did they exceed our expectations with their skill, but Adam’s extended team, including Nick, Johnny, and Keg, played a pivotal role in keeping everything running smoothly. The entire crew worked seamlessly together, ensuring that our home was built in just seven months. What stood out to us the most was Adam’s unwavering patience, always taking the time to answer all our questions. He kept us well-informed throughout the process, with clear timelines for each stage and guidance on when to order products. His professionalism and proactive approach took away all the stress of building a home. In fact, we missed the team once the project was completed—they became more like family than just contractors. Their dedication and friendly nature made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. If we ever decide to build again, there’s no question—we would choose Adam Watts Building, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional quality and care in their home-building experience.

CRAIG & KRISTIN WORRALL

Adam Watts has proven me right in choosing him and his team to build our house in North Manly. From day one to handover, they were great to work with. Adam built our home during the COVID lockdown period which could have added additional stress to what was an already stressful time. Not so, however, he and his team proved time and again that no set back was going to stop the project being built on time and on budget. Myself, my wife and 3 children thank Adam for the beautiful home we now get to enjoy daily. To this day, we get compliments on the great house they built. This makes us immensely proud. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking for a builder in Sydney.

TIM & LOUISE JOHNSTON

Choosing Adam and his team was the best decision we made. Adam was recommended to us by another family who were completing a renovation in our street. From the outset Adam was very easy to deal with, provided clear and easy to understand costing quotes, and kept us across what we needed to do to get started. Once started, the build moved swiftly, with a tidy and well-managed worksite. Adam kept us informed and sought our input for any decisions or changes and throughout the entire build provided clear recommendations and improvements to solve problems swiftly and cost effectively. We were so thrilled with the quality of the final result and would recommend Adam to anyone looking to build or renovate – and have already.

With much thought and consideration, we selected Adam and his team to build our new home. Adam, Dean and Matt were always exceptionally professional, meticulous and hardworking (equally balanced with friendly, considerate and a jovial bunch). Adam was consultative at every step, gave valuable advice to us rookies and provided unwavering confidence and reassurance throughout the build. They had the fun job of working around us as we lived in the house throughout the entire build which never seem to faze them and most surprisingly, it didn’t faze us either. They became like family to us! There were never any unexpected surprises with regard to cost and reflected the quote to the dollar. Adam and his team delivered an immaculate home with every detail completed as promised. The quality of the build is exceptional, the journey of building our home was easy and exciting! We would recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking for an impeccable build, experienced and capable professionals to build or renovate their home. They are true masters of their craft with a genuine love of their work with Adam at the helm, there is simply no alternative for us in terms of recommendations!

Renovating our house with Adam, his team and their recommended tradies was an enjoyable and easy process. From our initial conversations with Adam right through to completion, nothing was ever too much trouble – including ripping up newly laid flooring to find our adventurous cat! We were included in every aspect of the build and listened to every step of the way. The build quality was exceptional and their attention to detail was delivered to every part of the house. They were constantly considerate and clean and worked around us living in our home for the entire 9 months, always making sure we were comfortable. We cannot speak highly enough of Adam and his team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking at renovating their dream forever home.”
